China &quot;wins&quot; until innovation comes, i put win in quotes, because all they are doing is accepting a really low return on capital... personally i don&#039;t want to &quot;win&quot; that way... but if you were the chinese government... which would you prefer? a low return on capital? or rioting in the streets from job losses? </description>
